All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund. Prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store card details.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are listed on our Shipping & Returns page. Cadenza is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns

Our return policy is outlined on the Shipping & Returns page. Items must be returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
